Inevitably the fundamental aim of a scientific conference is to foster and assist the communication between the researchers and to contribute to the achievement of modern science. From another perspective, we consider the contribution of young and talented scientists to these meetings very important in terms of their career and also in terms of the future of our scientific community.
To recognize the importance of the role played by these young researchers in the progress of science organizers have always dedicated special attention to their attendance by providing travel support to the conference and by announcing Young Researchers’ Competitions with prestigious prizes. Also, approximately one third of the oral presentations at each event were selected from young scientists to provide them with an opportunity for practicing their presentation skills and for receiving feedback regarding their investigations and results.
